One rate, set for your store.
We do not publish a price list. Research suppliers differ too much in volume, catalog and track record for one number to be fair to all of them. Your rate is set once, at review, and written into your merchant agreement before you sign.
Three things decide the number.
A merchant of record carries the refunds, the disputes and the regulatory exposure of every sale it processes. The rate reflects how much of that we expect to carry for your store.
Volume
How much you expect to process each month, and how steady it is. Larger, predictable volume spreads our fixed costs further.
- Monthly card volume you expect in your first months
- Average order value
- Seasonality and growth plans
Product mix
What you sell and how it is presented. Reference standards and lab consumables carry a different profile from a catalog built mostly on research peptides.
- Share of each product category
- Certificates of analysis coverage
- Your storefront compliance score at review
History
How your store has performed with card payments so far. A new business is welcome; it simply starts with less to go on.
- Processing statements from previous providers
- Refund and dispute ratios
- Time in business and fulfilment record
The rate covers the whole service.
There is no premium tier and no list of add-ons. Every approved store gets the same platform.
Merchant of record
Zonipay is the seller of record on each order: receipts, transaction records, buyer questions about charges.
Hosted checkout
On your own subdomain, in your branding, with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the research-use attestation stored with each order.
Compliance scanner every 8 hours
Your storefront is read before the first sale and every eight hours after, with each finding emailed alongside the page and the change needed.
Disputes handled
We receive and answer chargebacks. You send tracking and proof of delivery; we attach the attestation record.
Reporting
Every order, fee, refund, dispute and reserve movement, line by line. Monthly statements and CSV export.

Asked before signing.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because one published rate would either overcharge a steady supplier of lab consumables or undercharge a new store with no processing history. We would rather quote a rate that fits your business and stand by it in writing.
Are there setup or monthly fees?
Any fixed fees that apply to your account are stated in your merchant agreement before you sign. If a fee is not in the agreement, you do not pay it.
Can my rate change after I sign?
Only by written agreement. We review rates when volume, product mix or dispute history change materially, and you can ask for a review at any time, for example after a few months of clean processing.
What is a rolling reserve, and will I have one?
A rolling reserve holds back a share of each day's net sales for a set period, then releases it automatically. It covers refunds and disputes that arrive after a sale. Every account has one: its percentage is set according to your volume, and it is written into your merchant agreement with the holding period before you sign. How fees work walks through the mechanics.
Do I pay for refunds and disputes?
What a refund or a dispute costs your account is stated in the agreement. Refunded amounts and lost disputes are deducted from your balance, and each one appears as its own line in your reporting.
Is pricing different for card and wallet payments?
Your agreement states how each payment method is charged. Apple Pay and Google Pay are card payments made through a wallet, and they are included in the hosted checkout.
Can I get a quote before applying?
Yes. Use the form above and we send an indicative range with the assumptions behind it. The confirmed rate comes at review, once we have verified the business and scanned the storefront.
Ready to see your number?
